Sacred Sexuality

come home to wholeness

Sexuality has many purposes, but in its highest form, sexuality is a doorway to greater connection with yourself and with God. I designed this program for women who are finished living in exile from their sexuality and are ready to begin the journey home.

throughout time and story

your journey home

Throughout time and story, wise women have journeyed through experiences of exile, bravely searching for home: Ruth & Naomi. Demeter & Persephone. Helen Keller. Harriet Tubman. Rosa Parks. In their spirit and courage, you can make your own journey home…

Home to the body and her rich sensual wisdom. Home to pleasure. Home to healing.  Home to a unique experience of sacred sexual wholeness. Home to deeper vitality, freedom, and thriving.

a mystical lens

Sexuality can be a sacrament—the outward and embodied expression of an invisible love. Love for yourself. Love for God. Love for the world. Love for a partner. Love for the people you cherish. The embodied energy of wholeness is part of what holds the world in grace and keeps life-giving energy flowing. Such deep meaning!

about SK

I created this program for you

You may be in exile because of past wounding and hurt, or maybe from tough choices, from inner conflict, from unhelpful religious teaching, or misguided parenting. There may be very few people you can talk with about your deep desire for union—with yourself, your body, and the Divine. That longing for union is the heart of both spirituality and sexuality!

Whatever the cause of your disconnection, I have good news: no circumstance disqualifies you from coming home to yourself and creating a richly satisfying sexual life—with or without a partner. Using a comprehensive & holistic approach we will activate deep inner healing for true lasting change.

“Together, we developed a healing narrative around my past sexual trauma and painful experiences. I've uncovered a new perspective on a very long-standing, painful story that truly has felt liberating and a restoration to wholeness.”

“I am dying to let you know how much you helped me. Remember that wholehearted woman I wished to be? Well, I am definitely her! Thank you so much for opening the pathway to finding me! ”

“During our sessions, I appreciated the questions you asked which elicited responses from the deeper parts of me. I have appreciated talking to different aspects of myself, and especially to the man from my past, telling him goodbye. This was especially powerful.”

FAQs

  • Is there any sexual interaction during sessions?

No. All sexual healing practices are invitations for at-home practice. There is no sexual interaction of any kind during the coaching sessions.

  • Do I need a partner for this program?

No. Your sexuality is your own gift before it becomes a gift to anyone else. Our work together will be focused on your experience of your own sexuality and the ways it connects you to pleasure, to wisdom, and to your sense of the Divine. All sexual healing practices are for you as an individual.
